Special Election
A Special Election is any election that is not regularly scheduled. A special election may be held for any purpose authorized or required by law; often to fill a vacancy or for a public measure.

Shall a levy not to exceed ten (10) years be authorized for a voter approved physical plant and equipment tax not to exceed sixty seven cents ($0.67) per one thousand dollars ($1000) of assessed valuation of the taxable property within the school district, and be authorized annually, commencing with the levy of property taxes for collection in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, and to impose a PPEL upon the state individual income tax of each individual income taxpayer resident in the school district on December 31 for each calendar year.
