Crawford County, Iowa is soliciting sealed proposals via RFP for the materials and labor to replace the lighting with new LED lighting for the upper level at 115 N 14th Street, Denison, IA
The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received pursuant to this RFP and to waive or not waive any informalities or irregularities in proposals or proposal procedures, and to accept or reject negotiated cost, terms and conditions of a proposal determined by the Crawford County Board of Supervisors to be the best interest of Crawford County even though it may not be the lowest cost proposal.

A response to this RFP must be sealed and must include and/or comply with the following:
- A cover letter designating the name, address and telephone number of the person or persons available for contact concerning the proposal.
- Descriptions and/or statements regarding labor, installation, warranties, shipping delivery and experience regarding prior installation of similar systems.
- A timeline regarding installation and completed by date.
Sealed bids delivered to the Crawford County Auditor’s Office in the Courthouse by Dec 6, 2024. Proposals will be opened, reviewed, and awarded at the Board Of Supervisors meeting Dec 10, 2024
